這次要和大家來推薦“Ordinary Girl”這首歌曲，迪士尼小天后孟漢娜半自傳性的作品；如果要說”The Climb”是麥莉本尊的心情寫照，“Ordinary Girl”就是最貼近的孟漢娜舞台下的日記，歌詞道出了一夕間成名之後的許多困擾與壓力，隨著爆紅而來的問題，不論好壞都要默默承受，台面上的光鮮亮麗，與卸下一身裝扮後的落寞與無奈，到頭來自己其實只是位平凡的女生，歌曲中字字句句都唱出自己的心聲，向來在影集中大多唱著快歌的孟漢娜，在完結季中，首次以流行鄉村帶點靈魂藍調的曲風，娓娓道出心裡的想法，全新的嘗試獲得CommonSenseMedia讚賞「精彩、伴隨著動人的吉他旋律、易記節拍與可愛的新世代聲音－麥莉漸漸成熟音色非常適合這首“Ordinary Girl”。」此曲在迪士尼電台更奪下三十強排行榜亞軍，而在美國熱門數位單曲榜(US Hot Digital Songs chart)和美國告示牌百大榜(Billboard's US Hot 100)上更有不凡的成績。

而這首歌的MV，雖然因為麥莉宣傳個人新專輯，導致檔期無法配合，拍攝時改以使用不露臉的替身上場，故事中憑著數位相機做為媒介，把明星和平凡女生的生活意外的相連，片中也出現了影集第三季中孟漢娜演唱會橋段。此曲收錄於【孟漢娜 永不落幕】原聲帶中，台灣方面由環球唱片發行。
